One of my customers payments were declined, do I need to notify you?


I have a customer who's payment was declined and paypal cancelled her subscription payment.  Do I need to notify you when this happens so you can deactivate her account?

A:  No.  We will receive a notice when payments are declined and cancelled straight from Paypal.  Our system will then automatically cancel the members account and pull any ads that have been submitted.
