My campaign did not get the 3% CTR. Why?

Solution

We can not guarantee that 3% of the people will click the link on the first send. If you notice that the CTR has not been reached, please submit a ticket. Most of the time our staff handles this without contact. However we will review the account and reschedule it for a resend until the original CTR is reached.
