Do submission URL's need cloaking

Do the monthly 25000 visitors actually see the submission URL's which are affiliate links? If they do, I need to cloak these affiliate links.

• They see the links after they are already transferred to the pages as we deliver people to your site via pop under windows.
• Your links do not have to be cloaked.
